Beast Friends Forever is an exhibition featuring work by Bruce Anderson, Joanne Bristol, Mackenzie Kelly-Frere, Jeff Meldrum, and Adrian Stimson, exploring the fluid and often ambiguous boundaries that shape interactions with other animals. Works include heroic large-scale equine paintings evoking mythological power, a grey shaggy-pile cloak inspired by thousand-year-old Viking-Age textiles, sparse line drawings of urban environments, and art intended to attract and reward wildlife.
