The Regina Reggae Festival launched in 2025 as the first event of its kind in the Queen City, introducing Caribbean sound system culture into the downtown core at Victoria Park. Now returning for its 2nd year, R.R.F. expands to a two-day format — transforming from a founding experiment into a stabilized annual institution. This is the year that converts event into tradition. With the Regina Folk Festival having shut down in 2025, R.R.F. helps fill a critical cultural vacuum in downtown Regina, establishing a new anchor in the city's annual festival calendar.
