The Exchange Folk Festival 2026 takes place on Saturday, August 8th, 2026 at Victoria Park in Regina, starting at 12:00 PM. The festival features performances by The Besnard Lakes, Andino Suns, Black Tea, Black Thunder, Indigo Joseph, The North Sound, Ron Loos Band, Tiny & the Hard Feelings, Zoe James and the Wistful Daydreams, with additional artists to be announced. Organized by the Saskatchewan Cultural Exchange Society, this community-driven music festival honours the spirit of Regina's long-standing music traditions while addressing the cultural gap left by the closure of the Regina Folk Festival. The event is designed to be more accessible and inclusive, supporting local and Saskatchewan artists. The Exchange is wheelchair accessible and offers non-gender/wheelchair-accessible washrooms. The venue is all-ages and supports the Safer Spaces Initiative.
